✅ 1 cup heavy cream
✅ 1 cup whole milk
✅ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✅ 1/2 cup butter
✅ 2 large onions, thinly sliced and fried until golden-brown

Instructions:
1️⃣ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, according to the package directions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.
2️⃣ While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the heavy cream and milk. Stir continuously until the mixture starts to simmer.
3️⃣ Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to ensure that every piece is well-coated. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it out.
5️⃣ Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and top it with the crispy fried onions. Serve immediately.
