Creamy Tortellini with Ground Meat and Herbs

Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups of tortellini pasta
✅ 1 lb of ground meat (beef or turkey)
✅ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
✅ 1 onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 1 cup of heavy cream
✅ 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
✅ 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 4 dollops of sour cream or Greek yogurt for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
4️⃣ Return the cooked meat to the pan with the onions and garlic. Add the heavy cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5️⃣ Add the cooked tortellini to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt on top.
