Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups rotini pasta
✅ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
✅ 1/2 purple onion, thinly sliced
✅ 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
✅ 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta until it is al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, and black olives.
3️⃣ Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and add freshly ground salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients.
4️⃣ Sprinkle the freshly chopped dill over the salad just before serving. Serve immediately or refrigerate it for an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
