Seared Ravioli with Browned Meat Chunks

Ingredients:
✅ 24 pieces of ravioli or dumplings
✅ 1 lb beef or lamb, cut into chunks
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✅ 1 cup of beef or vegetable broth
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or cilantro
✅ 1 cup of your favorite rich sauce

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large, black pan over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Add the meat chunks to the pan, season with salt and pepper and brown on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add the ravioli or dumplings and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside with the meat.
4️⃣ Pour in the broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
5️⃣ Return the meat and ravioli to the pan, add the rich sauce, and simmer until heated through and the sauce has thickened.
6️⃣ Garnish with the chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
