Baked Pasta with Ground Meat and White Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb pasta of choice
✅ 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey)
✅ 1 can black beans, drained
✅ 2 cups white cream sauce (Alfredo or Bechamel)
✅ 2 medium tomatoes, diced
✅ Fresh cilantro, chopped
✅ 2 avocados, sliced
✅ 1 orange, halved and peeled
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
4️⃣ Add the black beans to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
5️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat and bean mixture, and the white cream sauce. Stir until everything is well coated.
6️⃣ Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the diced tomatoes.
7️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
8️⃣ Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with the chopped cilantro before serving.
9️⃣ Serve the baked pasta with a side of sliced avocado and orange.
