Cheesy Stuffed Bell Peppers in Foil Bowl

Ingredients:
✅ 4 large bell peppers (green and red)
✅ 1 pound ground beef
✅ 1 cup tomato sauce
✅ 1 onion, chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 teaspoon salt
✅ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
✅ 2 cups shredded cheese
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
3️⃣ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until translucent.
4️⃣ Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
5️⃣ Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
6️⃣ Stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture and place them in a foil bowl.
7️⃣ Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
8️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
9️⃣ Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
