Cheesy Stuffed Shells with Chicken and Broccoli

Tender shells filled with savory chicken, creamy cheese, and crisp broccoli in a rich, cheesy sauce—baked to golden perfection for a hearty weeknight meal.

Ingredients:
✅ 24 jumbo pasta shells
✅ 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
✅ 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
✅ 1 cup ricotta cheese
✅ 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
✅ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
✅ 1/2 cup heavy cream
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture and place in a large baking dish.
5️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed shells.
6️⃣ Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
