Creamy Bacon Cheese Pastries

Ingredients:
✅ 12 pre-made puff pastry sheets
✅ 1 cup creamy cheese filling (cream cheese, garlic, and herbs mixed)
✅ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
✅ 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
✅ 1 egg (for egg wash)
✅ A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Lay the puff pastry sheets out flat on your workspace. Spoon the creamy cheese filling into the center of each pastry.
3️⃣ Fold the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
4️⃣ Transfer the filled pastries onto the prepared baking tray.
5️⃣ In a small bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt to make an egg wash. Brush the top of each pastry with this wash.
6️⃣ Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pastries, followed by the crumbled bacon.
7️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8️⃣ Let the pastries cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
