Creamy Baked Lasagna

Ingredients:

✅ 12 lasagna noodles
✅ 1 lb lean ground beef
✅ 1 onion, chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
✅ 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
✅ 1 can (15 oz) ricotta cheese
✅ 1 egg
✅ 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt
✅ 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
✅ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until brown. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste to the skillet and stir until well mixed.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, and salt. Stir well.
4️⃣ In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the Parmesan. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
5️⃣ Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes before serving.
