Creamy Herb and Tomato Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:
✅ 4 chicken breasts
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✅ 1 cup heavy cream
✅ 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
✅ 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
✅ 2 teaspoons mixed herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano)
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a black skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the diced tomatoes, red chili flakes, and mixed herbs, stirring to combine.
4️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, scraping the bottom of the pan to incorporate any browned bits. Bring to a simmer.
5️⃣ Return the chicken to the pan, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
6️⃣ Serve the chicken hot, with extra sauce spooned over the top.
