Ingredients:
✅ 400g shell pasta
✅ 500g ground beef or pork
✅ 1 cup of heavy cream
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✅ 1 onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onions become translucent.
3️⃣ Add the ground meat to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
4️⃣ Pour the heavy cream into the pan with the cooked meat. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Add the cooked shell pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is fully coated with the creamy meat sauce.
6️⃣ Serve the pasta onto plates and garnish with the chopped fresh parsley.
