Ingredients:
✅ 400 grams of penne pasta
✅ 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
✅ 2 cups of spinach leaves, roughly chopped
✅ 2 cups of cheese sauce
✅ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
✅ Salt and black pepper to taste
✅ Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
2️⃣ While the pasta is boiling, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken chunks and cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.
3️⃣ Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, then add the spinach and cook until just wilted.
4️⃣ Lower the heat and pour in the cheese sauce. Stir well to coat the chicken and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5️⃣ Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix well, ensuring the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.
6️⃣ Serve the pasta in a white rectangular dish, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
