Creamy Peppered Spiral Pasta

Ingredients:
✅ 400g Spiral Pasta
✅ 2 cups Heavy Cream
✅ 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
✅ 1 teaspoon Salt
✅ 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
✅ 1 clove Garlic, minced
✅ 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.
3️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the salt and black pepper.
4️⃣ Stir in the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s well coated with the cream sauce. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5️⃣ Turn off the heat and mix in the grated parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
6️⃣ Transfer the creamy pasta into a black serving bowl and sprinkle a bit more black pepper on top for garnish. Serve hot.
