Ingredients:
✅ 300 grams of Ribbon Pasta (Fettuccine or Pappardelle)
✅ 2 cups of Diced Chicken or Turkey Breasts
✅ 1 cup of Green Peas
✅ 1 cup of Corn Kernels
✅ 1 cup of Diced Carrots
✅ 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
✅ 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
✅ 1 cup of Heavy Cream
✅ Salt and Pepper to taste
✅ Grated Parmesan Cheese for garnishing
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the ribbon pasta as per the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add the diced chicken or turkey to the pot and cook until it’s no longer pink.
4️⃣ Add the carrots, green peas, and corn kernels to the pot. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
5️⃣ Pour the heavy cream into the pot, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
7️⃣ Serve the creamy ribbon pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
