Creamy Salmon Fettuccine

Ingredients:
✅ 400g Fettuccine pasta
✅ 500g Fresh salmon fillets
✅ 2 Cups of heavy cream
✅ 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
✅ 4 Cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 1/2 Cup of white wine
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and flaky. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook until it’s fragrant. Add the white wine and let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ Add the heavy cream to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.
5️⃣ Flake the cooked salmon into the sauce, then add the cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.
6️⃣ Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with the fresh parsley or cilantro.
