Ingredients:
✅ 1 kg Meat (chicken, beef, or pork), cut into cubes
✅ 1 cup Flour
✅ 2 Eggs, beaten
✅ 2 cups Bread crumbs
✅ Salt and Pepper to taste
✅ 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
✅ 6 Wooden skewers
Instructions:
1️⃣ Start by soaking the wooden skewers in water for about 15-20 minutes to prevent them from burning.
2️⃣ Season the meat cubes with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Thread the meat onto the skewers, making sure to leave space at the bottom for handling.
4️⃣ Roll the skewers in flour, shake off the excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with bread crumbs.
5️⃣ In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
6️⃣ Carefully place the skewers into the hot oil and fry for about 10-12 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
7️⃣ Once done, remove from the pan and let them drain on a wire rack.
8️⃣ Serve hot.
