Crispy Chicken Penne Pasta in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups of penne pasta
✅ 2 boneless chicken breasts
✅ 1 cup of bread crumbs
✅ 1 cup of heavy cream
✅ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
✅ 1/2 cup of grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
✅ 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
✅ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper, then dredge in the bread crumbs.
3️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken strips and cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, add the heavy cream and let it simmer until it thickens slightly. Add the cooked pasta and toss until coated in the sauce.
5️⃣ Add the crispy chicken strips to the pasta and mix gently. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.
6️⃣ Serve the pasta in a dark bowl to enhance the visual appeal of the dish.
