Ingredients:

✅ 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
✅ 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
✅ 3 1/2 cups bread flour
✅ 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
✅ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
✅ 2 tablespoons cornmeal
✅ 1 egg white
✅ 1 tablespoon water
✅ 1 teaspoon coarse salt
✅ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Add the remaining sugar, bread flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
