Grilled Cheese and Veggie Sandwich

Grilled Cheese Sandwich with golden, buttery bread and gooey melted cheddar, offering the perfect bite of warmth, crunch, and nostalgic comfort every time.

Ingredients:
✅ 4 slices of bread
✅ 2 cups of grated cheese (preferably cheddar or mozzarella)
✅ 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.)
✅ 2 tablespoons of butter
✅ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Start by heating a pan on medium heat.
2️⃣ Take the slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
3️⃣ Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the heated pan.
4️⃣ On each slice of bread, add a cup of grated cheese and half of the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Cover the cheese and vegetables with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
6️⃣ Cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until it’s also golden brown and the cheese has melted.
7️⃣ Once done, remove the sandwiches from the heat, cut them into triangles, and serve hot.
