Grilled Chicken, Corn, and Rice Bowl with Creamy Dressing

Ingredients:
✅ 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✅ 1 cup of white rice
✅ 1 cup of corn kernels
✅ 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
✅ 1 cup of plain yogurt or sour cream
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
✅ 1 clove of garlic, minced
✅ Juice of one lime

Instructions:
1️⃣ First, cook the rice according to the package instructions. While the rice is cooking, you can prepare the other ingredients.
2️⃣ Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and grill each side for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
3️⃣ In a separate pan, sauté the corn kernels for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking.
4️⃣ For the dressing, mix the yogurt or sour cream with the lime juice. Add salt to taste.
5️⃣ Once everything is ready, assemble the bowl. Start with a base of white rice, add the grilled chicken pieces and corn, then drizzle with the creamy dressing. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
