Hearty Beef and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
✅ 500 grams of beef, cut into chunks
✅ 2 large carrots, diced
✅ 1 cup of green peas
✅ 2 large potatoes, diced
✅ 1 large onion, chopped
✅ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 4 cups of beef broth
✅ 1 cup of tomato sauce
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef chunks and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Cook until the onions become translucent.
3️⃣ Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
4️⃣ Return the beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, green peas, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5️⃣ Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the flavors are well combined.
6️⃣ Serve the soup hot, with a side of bread if desired.
