Hearty Pasta and Meat Soup

Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup of pasta
✅ 1 lb of meat chunks (preferably beef or chicken)
✅ 2 medium carrots, chopped
✅ 2 tbsp of olive oil
✅ 1 onion, chopped
✅ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 1 tsp of dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or Italian seasoning)
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 4 cups of beef or chicken broth
✅ A handful of fresh herbs (parsley or basil), for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add the meat chunks to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set it aside.
3️⃣ In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until they become soft and fragrant.
4️⃣ Add the chopped carrots to the pot and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
5️⃣ Add the pasta to the pot and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
6️⃣ Add the dried herbs, salt, and pepper, and stir again.
7️⃣ Return the browned meat to the pot and pour in the broth. Bring the soup to a boil.
8️⃣ Once the soup is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the pasta and meat are fully cooked.
9️⃣ Garnish the soup with fresh herbs before serving.
