Hearty Vegetable and Meat Hash with Soft-Boiled Egg delivers a comforting blend of savory meat, tender veggies, and rich yolk for a satisfying, protein-packed meal.

Ingredients:
✅ 2 medium-sized potatoes
✅ 1 red bell pepper
✅ 1 green bell pepper
✅ 1 lb of your choice of meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
✅ 4 soft-boiled eggs
✅ Handful of fresh parsley or chives
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Dice the potatoes, red and green bell peppers, and meat into bite-sized pieces.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced meat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and peppers. Cook until tender and slightly crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the cooked meat back into the skillet and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
