Rustic Ribbon Pasta with Hearty Tomato Meat Sauce is a comforting classic, featuring tender noodles coated in a rich, savory meat sauce bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:
✅ 400g wide ribbon pasta (like Pappardelle)
✅ 400g ground beef or pork
✅ 1 large onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
✅ 2 tbsp tomato paste
✅ 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pot, boil water with a pinch of salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet, stirring well. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
5️⃣ Return the cooked meat to the skillet, combining it with the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and add the chopped parsley. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
