Ingredients:
✅ 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and diced
✅ 500 grams of ground beef
✅ 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
✅ 1 onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
✅ 1 cup of tomato sauce
✅ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
2️⃣ Add in the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it’s no longer pink. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
3️⃣ Add the diced potatoes to the skillet. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
4️⃣ Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the potato and meat mixture. Cover the skillet again and let it cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
