Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Croissants

Ingredients:
✅ 3 ready-made croissants
✅ 2 cups fresh spinach
✅ 1 cup cream cheese
✅ 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
✅ Extra virgin olive oil
✅ Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Slice the croissants in half. Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into each croissant.
