Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb of steak or roast beef, thinly sliced
✅ 4 large tortilla wraps
✅ 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
✅ 1 red bell pepper, diced
✅ 1 onion, diced
✅ Salt and black pepper to taste
✅ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
✅ 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
✅ 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak or roast beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
