Steak and Creamy Mushroom Sauce Sandwich

Indulge in tender steak layered on fresh bread, smothered in rich, creamy mushroom sauce for a savory sandwich that satisfies every craving.

Ingredients:
✅ 2 soft golden brown bread rolls
✅ 300g thinly sliced steak
✅ Salt and pepper for seasoning
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✅ 1 cup sliced mushrooms
✅ 1 cup heavy cream
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the steak slices with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak slices until browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
3️⃣ Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Slice open the bread rolls and divide the steak slices between them. Spoon the creamy mushroom sauce over the steak and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
5️⃣ Serve the sandwiches immediately, preferably on a wooden board for a rustic presentation.
