Ingredients:
✅ 2 slices of bread
✅ 2 slices of cheese (of your choice)
✅ 2 lettuce leaves
✅ 2 slices of tomato
✅ Optional fillings (such as ham, turkey, or avocado)
✅ 1 cup of mixed nuts and seeds
✅ Butter
✅ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2️⃣ Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a heated pan or sandwich maker.
3️⃣ Layer one slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and optional fillings onto the bread. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Place the second slice of cheese on top, followed by the second slice of bread, butter side up.
5️⃣ Toast the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
6️⃣ Serve the sandwich with a side of mixed nuts and seeds.
