Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • - 2 tbsp honey
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp dried thyme
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • 2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • 4. In the same skillet, add balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • 5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the glaze. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • 6. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.

Notes

For a richer flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic vinegar and seasonings for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
