- 3 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Cheese Sauce:
