Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Batter:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Combine and Bake:

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
