Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • - 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • - Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • 2. Add cottage cheese, yogurt, and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  • 4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into flat rounds.
  • 6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
  • 7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and sea salt before serving.

Notes

- For extra flavor, brush the flatbreads with garlic butter after cooking.
- Use whole wheat flour for a healthier alternative.
