Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 small onion diced
  • - 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • - 1 cup frozen corn
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp paprika
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
  • 3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, frozen corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  • 6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  • 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • 8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like green beans or peas. Swap cheddar cheese for pepper jack for a spicier kick.
