Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
diced
- 1 can
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, frozen corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like green beans or peas. Swap cheddar cheese for pepper jack for a spicier kick.
